Mr. Brooks is the Yellow Jacket Supply Technician, He holds an MBA in Business from Marshall University Graduate College. He handles all logistical and supply requirements for the battalion. He has been working with the ROTC for 23 years.

Mrs. Brenda Camp
Administrative Secretary

Mrs. Camp has worked here at West Virginia State for 18 years. She handles Administrative procedures for the ROTC Staff.

Mrs. Susan Bolyard
Military Personal Technician

Mrs. Bolyard has worked with the ROTC for 12 years. She previously worked at Ohio University ROTC Department. She is directly involved in the administrative process for all cadets to include, Physicals and Entitlements.

MAJ Rauh
Operations and Executive Officer

Major Michael A. Rauh joined the Army Reserve from his hometown of Ravenswood, WV in 1989. In over 18 years of service he has had numerous deployments including tours to Iraq in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm, and Operation Iraqi Freedom, Kosovo, and Haiti. His awards include the Bronze Star, MSM (1OLC), ARCOM (3OLC), and AAM (2OLC). MAJ Rauh is married to Catherine and they have two daughters, Lauren and Hannah.

LTC Phillips
Professor of Military Science

LTC Timothy U. Phillips, originally from Lawrenceville Virginia. He graduated from Virginia State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Economics. In 2003 he received his Master’s Degree in Management from Central Michigan University. LTC Phillips was early commissioned in May of 1989.
