Mrs. Phyllis Carter, First Lady of WVSU, will be the guest speaker for the Annual Candlelight Vigil which is sponsored by the Pan-Hellenic Council.  This event will occur on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 6:00 PM in Room 135 of the Student Union.  All faculty, staff, and students are  invited to attend this event as Mrs. Carter presents her rendition of the “Greatest Love Story” which focuses on the history of the Cabell Family.  The event will culminate with a candlelight march to the Cabell grave site near the Rehabilitation Center and will be followed by a reception in the Student Union.
